Tom Goss (April 30, 1981) is an American actor, singer, and songwriter. He was born in Quincy, Illinois. After finishing his undergraduate degree at Central Missouri University, he relocated to the nation's capital to study at a Roman Catholic seminary. Shortly after enlisting, he changed careers and is now the Program Manager at Charlie's Place in Washington, DC, a nonprofit organization. He also followed his musical passion by playing at open mic nights and other venues.
In the early 2000s, Goss began his career as a singer-songwriter performing at coffeehouses across the nation's capital. Goss's debut album, Naked Without, came out in 2006. Goss's debut extended play, Rise, came out in 2008. The EP's title track was the summer's No. 2 most-clicked song on Logo TV's Click List. Back to Love, Goss's second studio album, was released in 2009 and features 11 new recordings by the artist. Goss delved into spirituality, morality, and romantic love on this album.
Goss made his big screen debut in Out to Kill in 2014. As the film's title suggests, "Justin Jaymes" has a "whodunit" murder narrative in which the main character (portrayed by Goss) is murdered, and a private investigator is recruited to find out who did it and why. Rob Williams, a renowned independent director in the LGBT film genre (Long Term Relationship, The Men from Next Door), directed and wrote Out to Kill. Guest House Films is handling distribution.
