Cincinnati Reds, of Cincinnati, Ohio, is one of Major League Baseball's (MLB) most historic franchises. The Cincinnati Red Stockings started in 1869; they are the first known professional baseball team. The Reds have done all they can to win, top fives in runs scored, runs allowed, and contact margins while feeling less than great at drawing in fans, and with NL Central Division competition, their home field is Great American Ball Park, which boasts the Ohio River view and overall fan-friendly environment.
For the upcoming 2021 season, the Reds showed a variety of strong offensive play from players such as Joey Votto and Nick Castellanos. The NL Central race was competitive, and they showed that they could score runs. But they couldn't get themselves on the postseason radar, as inconsistent pitching and a late-season swoon kept them from sniffing the playoffs.
