The Minnesota Twins is a professional baseball team was established in 1901. They have been playing their home games at Target Field since 2010. Their uniform color scheme includes white, navy blue, and red. The Pohlad family currently owns the Twins. Their current president of baseball operations is Derek Falvey. Thad Levine is their general manager, and Rocco Baldelli is the manager. With the retirement of longtime Twins voice John Gordon after the 2011 season, Cory Provus has taken over play-by-play duties on the radio. Ex-outfielder with the Twins and current color commentator Dan Gladden. Bally Sports North owns the broadcasting rights; play-by-play duties are handled by Dick Bremer, and Bert Blyleven, a former Twin and 2011 National Baseball Hall of Fame inductee, provides color commentary.
The Twins debuted a completely new look for the 2023 season with a complete uniform change. New "Twins" lettering (with an arrow pointing down from the word "win" in red) and navy blue numbers are featured on the white home uniform. The back of the jersey features red numbers and navy player names. It features a red star for the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul on a navy blue map of Minnesota on the left sleeve.
The 2024 season will be the 64th in the Twin Cities, the 15th at Target Field, and the team's overall 64th season. Mid-season, the current team record is 24–16 (.600).
Corey Seager of the Rangers took Correa's spot on the American League roster due to an ailment that Correa is all too familiar with. Minor league deal was signed by free agency RHP Giovanny Gallegos by the Minnesota Twins.
