Albert Charles Kreischer Jr. (November 3, 1972) is an American actor, reality television host, podcaster, and stand-up comedian born in St. Petersburg, Florida. The university where Kreischer studied, Cornell University, topped The Princeton Review's annual list of the best U.S. "party schools" in 1997. Rolling Stone devoted six pages to Kreischer the following year, calling him "the top partyer at the Number One Party School in the country."
Kreischer is a well-known stand-up comedian who has toured the world. Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, and Conan are just a few of the late-night talk shows he's been on. He was also a frequent visitor to the Rachael Ray show from 2011 to 2015. Bert Kreischer: Comfortably Dumb, his debut Comedy Central special, premiered that year.
In 2015, Kreischer returned to the network to share his account of wrestling a bear on the This Is Not Happening series. In 2016, Showtime broadcast Bert Kreischer: The Machine. Since then, Netflix has filmed three Bert Kreischer comedy specials: Bert Kreischer: Secret Time (August 2018), Bert Kreischer: Hey Big Boy (March 2020), and Bert Kreischer: Razzle Dazzle (March 2023) in Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Omaha, respectively.
