The Completionist Information
The Completionist is a weekly YouTube web series that was created by the great Jirard Khalil. Nearly every week, he chooses one game and completes every possible in-game task in a period of three to four days. In each episode of this series, Jirard sequentially discusses several aspects of the game he selects such as the story behind the game, its presentation, gameplay, the final level, along with the overall difficulties that he faced during the 100% completion.
All episodes of The Completionist end with a general score, which states that whether or not the game is worth 100% completing or not. It may range in the following categories; "Complete it," "Finish it," "Play it," "Look at it," or "Donate it" (which was formerly "Burn it"). Ratings by Jirard for between these categories were also used like "Finipete It," "Finlay/Finiplay It," "Plook At It," and "Donate It." later, they quietly retired.
Greg Wilmot, who is Jirard's longtime friend, appears in most episodes of The Completionist until Episode 120. He used to provide much of the show's comic relief. After Greg departed, Xander Mobus replaced him for the final completionist ratings.
There were some issues regarding Greg in the first 120 episodes in which he was featured; hence, they were deleted on September 1st, 2017. Jirard is expected to complete all of these previously removed games again under the title "New Game Plus.” There are many of his viewers who do not enjoy the new episodes and prefer the older versions. For their entertainment, every deleted episode has been preserved on archive.org
