Shawn Klush Information
Shawn Klush (June 17, 1969) was born in Pittston, Pennsylvania). He is famous for being a lookalike and soundalike American Elvis Presley, a tribute artist. He was born, raised, and graduated from Seton Catholic High School in Pittston, Pa. Klush's love for music grew day by day and ultimately led him towards being a diehard fan of his musical idol, Elvis Presley. Klush also learned to play guitar and later joined a local band called Nightmoves. The group members were Joseph Bruno, George Guman, Danny Gardner, and Charlie Newcomb.
Klush first began his official career by performing as an Elvis tribute artist at various resorts that were located in the Poconos region of Pennsylvania. During his Canada tour, Klush entered and won the $5,000 prize; in the “Worldwide Elvis Competition'' held in Montreal. Later, he was hired by the producers of the show “Legends in Concert'' to star as ‘Elvis’; Las Vegas. Klush alternated as well in their Las Vegas and Atlantic City showrooms.
Every year in January, Klush stars in the “Elvis Birthday Tribute Tour.” It is an Elvis show with Elvis’ closest friends, original musicians, singers, and it is held in multiple cities. Klush also performed at Burnley Mechanics and the Bolton Arena along with Steve Preston, Gordon Hendricks, DJ Fontana, Justin Shandor, and The Sweet Inspirations.
Klush won the “Worldwide Elvis Competition” in Montreal, and just two days before Elvis’ 70th birthday, he turned out to be a grand champion at the $25,000 “World Elvis Tribute Artist Competition.” In the same year, he also received “The People's Choice Award” as “Best Concert Elvis.” Not only this but Klush has earned several other names and honor during his entire career,
