The group pays tribute to Tom Petty and has been touring the United States, performing hit Tom Petty’s songs. The band delivers the sound true to the original Tom Petty sound in the spirit of the Heartbreaker’s live shows.
Petty Theft is all about celebrating the music of one of America’s most treasured and legendary songwriters. The tribute band has earned the honors of being named the Best of Marin 2018, 2019: Best Cover Band by Pacific Sun, Best of Marin 2015: Best Local Band by Pacific Sun, and Best Band San Francisco North Bay – 2011, 2012, 2013 by The Bohemian.
