Moonalice Information
Moonalice is a rock band from the U.S. that was created by people who were once in the Flying Other Brothers. Critics have taken notice of the band since they began touring in May 2007. Under the direction of businessman Roger McNamee, the band presently features ten musicians. After recording and releasing their self-titled debut album in 2009, they produced a string of extended plays (E.P.s) titled "Dave's Way," which featured primarily original material. After signing with Nettwerk Music Group in 2022, they dropped Full Moonalice Vol. 1 on April 20.
Since 2007, the band has maintained a steady touring schedule across North America, with Jack Casady joining them for many gigs in 2009. In early 2009, John Molo became a band member, while guitarist G. E. Smith departed following their final performance on December 31, 2009. Lester Chambers and his son Dylan joined the band in 2021 as vocalists, and the Tietjen sisters—Erika, Chloe, and Rachel—joined the group as well, bringing the total number of members to 10. They're concentrating on Lester's 1960s band, The Chambers Brothers' groundbreaking "Psychedelic Soul" sound.
