Machine Head Information
Machine Head is a heavy metal band. The current lineup consists of Robb Flynn, Jared MacEachern, and Matt Alston. Robb Flynn, a singer and guitarist from Oakland, California, established Machine Head on October 12, 1991. When Flynn's band Vio-lence broke up due to an altercation with a neighborhood gang, he was still itching to compose music and put up a band with bassist Adam Duce, guitarist Logan Mader, and drummer Tony Costanza.
Machine Head's newest music video for the song "Choke on the Ashes of Your Hate" debuted on April 12, 2022, and the band also confirmed the August 26, 2022, release of Of Kingdom and Crown, their tenth studio album, via Nuclear Blast and Imperium Recordings. Of Kingdom and Crown features eight new songs, three of which are interludes, three from Arrows in Words from the Sky, and the single "My Hands Are Empty" that was published more than a year ago, in addition to "Choke on the Ashes of Your Hate" and the other three tracks from that album.
They will play 29 shows across North America as part of their upcoming Slaughter the Martour world tour, which kicks off on January 19, 2024. The supporting acts for the first part of the North American tour are Fear Factory, Orbit Culture, and Gates To Hell. The news of Waclaw "Vogg" Kieltyka's departure from Machine Head was announced on February 17, 2024. Kieltyka stated that Decapitated is his "absolute No. 1 band" and that the two bands' active tours with overlapping dates caused significant scheduling issues.
