King Krule Information
King Krule is the stage name to Archy Ivan Marshall (August 24, 1994). King Krule is an English rapper, singer, record producer, musician, and songwriter. He is also known by several other names, including DJ JD Sports, Edgar the Beatmaker, Zoo Kid, The Return of Pimp Shrimp, and a few more. King Krule is from Southwark, London, England. At an early age, Marshall was not a school-fond child. Still, he managed to get accepted into the Brit School, where he found his spot. Marshall also suffered from mental issues such as insomnia and depression.
During his time in the Brit School, Marshall released two singles in 2008 and 2011, entitled "Zoo Kid." "Bluewave" was a music genre created by him that got realized in U.F.O.W.A.V.E. (a mixtape). He later released an eponymous debut EP. Marshal got nominated for the Sound of 2013 poll, as reported by BBC on December 9, 2012.
“6 Feet Beneath the Moon” was a debut album by Marshall released on August 24, 2013 (on his 19th Birthday). On January 8, 2014, he released a video for "A Lizard State." This video gained over 800,000 views on YouTube. He also appeared on the cover of “The Fader.”
