Beth Hart Information
Beth Hart is an American musician who picked up the piano when she was four. While her early performances were primarily of Bach and Beethoven's classical works, she expanded her repertoire to include songs by contemporary musicians like Etta James, Otis Redding, and Led Zeppelin. When Hart was in the tenth grade, she majored in singing and cello at Los Angeles' High School for the Performing Arts. Soon after a fellow student encouraged her to do so, she started performing at the Comedy Store's Belly Room on open mic nights.
Provogue Records/Mascot Label Group released Hart's Live at the Royal Albert Hall, a live concert recording, as a video release and an album on November 30, 2018. Her May 2018 performance in London's Royal Albert Hall was recorded for posterity. With the help of Provogue/Mascot Label Group, Hart dropped War in My Mind, her ninth studio album as a solo artist, on September 27, 2019.
Hart started teasing new songs in her Spotify canvas videos in 2021. On November 12, she unveiled her eleventh solo studio album, A Tribute to Led Zeppelin, and released the first single, a version of "Good Times Bad Times." The album reached number one in the Netherlands upon its release on February 25, 2022, and it became her most successful solo album in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the UK.
