Anthony Green (April 15, 1982) is an American singer. He was born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. In December 2007, Green revealed that he would make his debut solo album. Avalon was taped at New Jersey's The Big House in Avalon between February and March 2008. Good Old War's Keith Goodwin, Dan Schwartz, and Tim Arnold contributed instrumental tracks. Before the album's debut, two music videos were filmed.
On May 31, 2008, filming began for "Dear Child (I've Been Dying To Reach You)," which premiered on July 23, 2008. She Loves Me So was filmed at the end of July 2008 and premiered on December 15. On the Billboard 200, Avalon peaked at position #44. It was published on August 5, 2008. On Halloween night, Green's cousin-in-law was injured in a car accident, and on November 12, 2008, Green released a two-song EP named Jackie Haenn to raise money for her medical transport.
These tracks are outtakes from the Avalon album. Colin Frangicetto was working on his edits of "Avalon" in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, while Green was on the road with three-fifths of Circa Survive. He incorporated the vocals and instruments from the initial Avalon recording session and recorded many new instruments and parts.
