Yuridia Francisca Gaxiola Flores (October 4, 1986), known as Yuridia, is a Mexican singer. The fourth season of her career-launching reality program, La Academia, saw her enter second place. Many people rank her among the top Mexican musicians on Spotify and other streaming services. La Voz de un Ángel, Yuridia's debut album, was published in 2005. Not only was it one of the fastest-selling albums of all time in Mexico, but it also became the second-best-selling record of 2006.
Yuridia was named 2008's top female artist by the year's conclusion when she received a Premios Oye award. Her 2009 fourth studio album, Nada es Color de Rosa, came out on September 30. This record has racked up 120,000 sales. After nine years at TV Azteca, where she was a contestant on the singing reality show La Academia, she made her 2016 Televisa debut in a press release.
On April 27, 2022, the news broke that Yuridia would join Ha*Ash, David Bisbal, and Joss Favela on TV Azteca as coaches for La Voz... México. Fátima Elizondo, a competitor on her squad, was named the champion on August 29, 2022, while Yuridia was named the champion coach.
