Washed Out Information
Ernest Weatherly Greene Jr. (October 3, 1982) is an American record producer, singer, and songwriter. He went to the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree and then got a master's in library science, but he still couldn't get a job in the field. After relocating with his parents, Greene set up shop in his bedroom as a studio, where he began to compose and record dance music with his local band, Bedroom.
Washed Out's "Get Lost" tour dates for July 2017 were revealed on May 19. His third studio album, Mister Mellow, was subsequently released on June 30, 2017. Cole M.G.N. helped produce the album at Stones Throw Records. As a new entry in Adult Swim's Singles Series, "Face Up" was released in April 2018 by Washed Out.
Purple Noon, his fourth studio album, including the song in a later release (2020). "Too Late" was Washed Out's next single, which was out in April 2020. The new album Purple Noon, which Washed Out announced on June 30, 2020, would be published on August 7, 2020. A new song titled "Time to Walk Away" was also published by him. Notes from a Quiet Life was Washed Out's fifth studio album, and the single "The Hardest Part" from the album was released in May 2024. OpenAI's Sora directed the music video for the song.
