The Wrecks Information
The Wrecks is an American rock band. The current lineup of the group includes William “Billy” Nally (drums), Aaron Kelley (bass guitar), Nicholas “Schmizz” Schmidt (lead guitar and backing vocals), and Nicholas “Nick” Anderson (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, keyboard, and producing). The group is known especially for its single entitled “Favorite Liar.” The Wrecks was formed in 2015 and has played actively around the United States and abroad since then.
The Wrecks began in mid-November 2015. They started performing at small venues at the beginning of their career. The band released its debut EP entitled, We Are The Wrecks in April 2016. In summer and fall of the same year, The Wrecks opened for Nothing But Thieves. The band signed a record deal with Another Century Records on December 22, 2016.
After signing a record deal with Another Century Records, The Wrecks started putting their efforts into their sophomore EP in Los Angeles. The band also appeared in Episode 6 of Hulu’s series named All Night in mid-2018. They performed their song “Favorite Liar.” The band signed another record deal with Big Noise Music Group that they announced on June 7, 2019.
The Wrecks released its debut full-length studio album entitled, Infinitely Ordinary on May 1, 2020. The band released its third EP, Static, on December 18, 2020. Notable singles released by The Wrecks include “James Dean,” “Freaking Out,” “Fvck Somebody,” “Out Of Style,” “Psycho Killer,” “Rich Girl,” and “I Want My Life Back Now.”
