The Silent Comedy Information
The Silent Comedy is an American rock band. The group's current lineup consists of Joshua Zimmerman, Jeremiah Zimmerman, Chad Lee, and Justin Buchanan. The brothers Joshua and Jeremiah Zimmerman started the ensemble in their hometown of San Diego, California. The San Diego Music Awards honored Common Faults in September 2010.
Their tracks "All Saints Day" and "Bartholomew" were featured in television commercials for the video game Dark Souls in 2011. Timothy Graves, guitarist and harmonica player for The Silent Comedy, made his composition debut with "Bartholomew," the fifth track on their debut studio album Common Faults.
The three-part epic miniseries "Hatfields & McCoys," premiering on the "History Channel" on May 28, 2012, featured "Bartholomew" in promotional trailers and ads. To promote the October 16, 2012 premiere of the History Channel miniseries The Men Who Built America, the band's composition "Blood on the Rails" was featured in various television and movie trailers. All Saints' Day was repurposed for a later "History Channel" program about the Bible. As early as 2013, their music "Bartholomew" was featured in a promotional video for Season 3 of the TV show Strike Back.
