The Reagan Years is described as the East Coast’s Original 80’s Tribute Band founded in 1996. The band plays some of the greatest hits of the 1980s; when MTV first aired, Ronald Reagan was President, Acid Washed jeans were in, CDs emerged, and alternative music was called “New Wave.” The current lineup of the band includes Glenn Riley – Guitars and Vocals, Karen Ellison – Keys and Vocals, Jody Lewis – Bass and Vocals, Scott Benford – Saxophone and Harmonica, Sy Seyler – Drums and Vocals, Raychel Harvey - Vocals, Stephen Tenner – Vocals, and Don Wicklin – Vocals.
The Reagan Years is a group of talented musicians with very diverse vocal abilities. This results in the group’s ability to replicate uncanny versions of the rock, pop, new wave, and heavy metal hits of the Era. The band covers some of the industries’ most known acts, including Madonna, Devo, Joan Jett, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Duran Duran, Modern English, Guns’ N Roses, Billy Idol, Journey, A-Ha, and ZZ-Top, and many more.
Since its inception, the Reagan Years has been entertaining sold-out crowds all across the East Coast and as far away as Panama and Hawaii. The Baltimore 80’s party band was taken to Europe in 2015, where the band played in Germany and Spain. The Reagan Years was featured on FOX 5 Morning Show, which took place in Washington DC (2012).
