Ryan Castro is a Colombian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He released his debut track, "Morena," in 2017 and quickly rose to prominence after teaming up with Kevin Roldan. The songs "Dime," "1994," "Lejana," "Chupable," and "Medelln" are only a few of his most well-known works. Presently, Castro is regarded as one of the rising stars of "neighborhood reggaeton."
Ryan Castro comes from a modest background; he was born and reared in the Pedregal section of Medellin, Colombia. His musical prowess was evident at an early age. He was well-known for his rapping and freestyling abilities in high school. At 17, he dropped out of school to support his family by singing on buses. As he matured, he earned the experience and self-assurance to take the stage at various venues.
He then went to Curacao, where he entertained guests at several eateries and hotels. His musical and audiovisual projects were funded by the money he earned. While visiting Curacao, Ryan recorded two songs that eventually became Internet sensations and landed him a recording contract with the label of Colombian musician Kevin Roldan. For his career, this was a watershed moment.
Castro launched his career as a professional musician in 2017. His debut single, "Morena," was a smashing success. He has three new albums out this year: "Miami," "Woman," and "Secreto." Maycol Riddim and Ryan worked together for the first time on a song called "Nunca Imagine" that same year. In 2019, he dropped two more songs, "Campeón" and "Cositas."
