Once an Outlaw is an American rock band formed by several former members of the popular Southern rock band named, Outlaws. The current lineup of the group includes Chris Anderson (guitar and vocals), Chris “Hitman Hicks (guitar and vocals), Jeff Howell (bass and vocals), AJ Vallee (drums), and Chuck Farrell (guitar and vocals). Chuck Farrell, who is a former guitarist of New England tribute band named Peacheaters, gathered Jeff Howell (bassist) and Chris “Hitman” Hicks (guitarist) to take the hits on the road. They were successful musicians in their particular field.
Eventually, the gathered members first met the drummer of Peacheater, Chuck Farrell, and AJ Vallee, and they decided to form a group. The ensemble would perform all the songs from various bands that the musicians played throughout their musical careers. That’s how “One an Outlaw” was formed.
The band plays a long list of notable hits such as “Tell Mama,” “Fool for the City,” “Slow Ride,” “Take the Highway,” “Heard it in a love song,” “Can’t You See,” “Hurry Sundown,” and “Green Grass and High Tides.”
