The band is based in Bozeman, MT, and was founded in 2013. It is best known for making people dance and sing along to covers and original tunes alike. The band’s music is classified as rock, country, metal, folk, blues, and indie. The group’s current lineup consists of Ethan Demarais on bass; Brian Kassay on fiddle, mandolin, and harmonica; Josh Moore on vocals and guitar; Lena Schiffer on vocals, guitar, and percussion; and Matt Demarais on vocals, banjo, and dobro.
Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs are said to be Montana’s favorite stomp-grass folk band that brings an unforgettable fun-loving spirit and energy to the stage.
