Josh Joplin, a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter, has been on the road for years, performing his songs nonstop all over North America, Europe, and Australia under his name. In 2001, he had his first Top 20 single with "Camera One," which peaked at No. 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on Triple A radio. Then in 2011, Jessica Lea Mayfield released "Blue Skies Again," which has been downloaded over a million times from iTunes.
Blum stopped touring in 2013, ditched the alias, and started NarrowMoat, a tiny production company specializing in short-form mixed media, including one-act plays, animation, and film shorts. About Colonia, his first fictional narrative premiered at festivals worldwide in 2020 and was nominated for Best Film at the prestigious Queens World Film Festival, where it won Best Actress.
Blum is now in pre-production on both Boys Clap/Girls Dance, the musical he wrote, and The Windchill Factory, the PBS show he created. Blum is currently active in the music industry, contributing to the songwriting and performing of such groups as Among The Oak & Ash and GpYr. Recently, GpYr dropped an LP titled Likes On The Lonely Web.
