Insane Clown Posse Information
Insane Clown Posse is an American hip-hop group composed of rappers Joseph Bruce (Violent J) and Joseph Utsler (Shaggy 2 Dope). Originally a trio formed in Detroit in 1989, John Kickjazz left before the 1992 publication of their first album, Carnival of Carnage. Among scrapes with the police and conflicts with other musicians, the Insane Clown Posse developed into a top-selling hip-hop band with a sizable collection of records.
They started their label, set up a professional wrestling company, and starred in movies like Big Money Hustlas (2001) and Big Money Rustlas (2010). Originally called JJ Boyz and Inner City Posse, the band set themselves artistically by including spooky and horror-themed songs. They also produced and starred in the feature films Big Money Hustlas and Big Money Rustlas.
Following their intended release date, Yum Yum's Lure, another EP, was leaked before the album on February 17, 2021. Halloween 2021 released the record. Released in 2022 were the three companion EPs to the record, Woh the Weepin Weirdo, Pug Ugly the Stink Bud, and Wicked Vic the Weed. Violent J announced on April 24, 2024, that former long-time friend Mike E. Clark would return to create the sixth Joker's Card of the second deck.
