Grupo Intocable Information
Intocable is a Regional Mexican band from Zapata, Texas. The current lineup of the group includes Ricardo Munos (lead vocalist and accordion), Rene Orlando Martinez (drums and chorus), Sergio Sema (percussion), Johnny Lee Rosas (Bajo sexton and backup vocalist), Jose Juan Hernandez (group motivator and rhythms), Alejandro Gulmar (Bajo sexton), and Felix Salinas (bass). The band has been playing music since 1994, initially formed by two friends Rene Orlando Martinez and Javier Munoz.
Intocable boasts several career accomplishments, but the notable initial ones were four consecutive sold-out nights at the prestigious Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City. The band was also the first of its genre to play at Dallas Cowboys Stadium at the halftime show of 2011.
The group streamed a showcase for the entire world that made history on October 12, 2015, with more than 22,000 people tuning into the streaming. The proceeds of the event were donated to St. Jude Hospital to help child cancer patients.
