It is the unique creation of Gerardo Díaz. He is also nicknamed El Cerebro de Oro. The ensemble is best known for bringing the best music of Tierra Caliente to Mexico, Central America, and the United States. The band consists of Gerardo Diaz, along with his colleagues such as Beto y sus Canarios and La Dinastía de Tuzantla. They are one of the few musical acts known for exploiting Tierra Caliente's music.
