Elbow is an English alternative rock band founded in Bury, Greater Manchester 1990. The band, which singer Guy Garvey leads, is known for its moody sound and deep words that combine rock, electronic music, and orchestral arrangements. Their big break came when their first record, Asleep in the Back, came out in 2001. It got great reviews and showed off the band's unique sound.
