COIN Information
Coin is an American pop-rock band. The current lineup comprises Chase Lawrence, Ryan Winnen, and Joe Memmel. The band's first releases were the 2012 (Saturdays) and 2013 (1992) EPs. Columbia launched their self-titled debut album in 2015, produced by Jay Joyce, and featured the hit "Run" as its first single. They subsequently became well-known in the mainstream.
With the release of "Talk Too Much" in 2016, the band's second studio album, How Will You Know If You Never Try, released in 2017, continued to garner recognition. Coin released their new single "Chapstick" in September 2021. This was the first album of a new cycle for the band, which will end with Uncanny Valley, their fourth studio album, comprising fourteen new songs, released on March 25, 2022.
The Uncanny Valley tour culminated on September 23, 2022, with Coin playing their biggest gig to that day at MGM Music Hall at Fenway. The band's new single "Strawberry Jam" and music video were dropped on June 7, 2024. The release date of Coin's fifth studio album, I'm Not Afraid of Music Anymore, was announced for September 13, 2024, on June 20, 2024.
