The ECR Music Group has released the new single "Mainstay" by Blak Emoji. His new, remastered album Eclectro, with the lead track "Mainstay," is scheduled for release in early 2023. As part of the label's four-part full catalog release, the acclaimed record has been re-sequenced and remastered by indie music legend and ECR founder Blake Morgan. Kelsey Warren, a renowned New York City producer, recording artist, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, goes by the stage name Blak Emoji.
Blak Emoji has joined ECR Music Group's illustrious roster after a string of critically and commercially successful releases, TV, and film placements, U.S. and European tours, and acclaim from leading publications like Rolling Stone and Tape Op.
While growing up in South Jersey, Warren was exposed primarily to Soul, R&B, and Pop. Later, after studying piano concertos and jazz guitar standards, he became interested in Electronic music, Hip Hop, and Punk and began to draw inspiration from artists as diverse as Nine Inch Nails, Björk, Prince, and Kraftwerk.
