The musical White Christmas is an adaptation of the 1954 Paramount Pictures film of the same name. Irving Berlin composed the music, while David Ives and Paul Blake wrote the book. The music featured Lara Teeter, Karen Mason, Lauren Kennedy, and Lee Roy Reams in the original St. Louis production.
Irving Berlin's White Christmas is a musical that debuted at The Muny in St. Louis in 2000 and then moved on to San Francisco in 2004. Boston, Buffalo, Los Angeles, Toronto, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Detroit, Denver, St. Paul, and Louisville are just some of the cities in the U.S. and Canada where it has subsequently been performed.
White Christmas, directed by Norb Joerder and featuring choreography by Skinner, had a month-long performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. It was from November 11, 2012, to January 6, 2013. James Clow, Stefanie Morse, and David Elder were among the cast members.
Sean Montgomery played Bob, Benton played Phil, Kerry Conte played Betty, Kelly Sheehan played Judy, and Karen Ziemba played Martha in the 2016-2019 tours that Skinner directed and choreographed. On December 29, 2019, the tour came to an end at the Wang Center in Boston.
The Sheffield Crucible hosts the musical from December 2023 to January 2024. Grace Mouat plays Betty, Sandra Marvin plays Martha, Stuart Neal portrays Phil, and Craig Armstrong takes on the role of Ezekiel. On the other hand, Paul Foste manages the production.
