Tyler Booth Information
Tyler Booth (December 15, 1996) is an American country music singer and songwriter. He was born in Campton, Kentucky. He grew up listening to Black Label Society, Waylon Jennings, Five Finger Death Punch, and his father Jason's rock band Stitch Rivet, which was fronted by Booth's Uncle Gene, who was also the band's manager. Booth was accepted to Morehead State University on a music scholarship, and a music department instructor, Scott Miller, became an early supporter of Booth's abilities. In early 2020, Tyler signed a significant record deal with Sony Music Nashville.
By 2017, Booth's songwriting and voice had attracted the notice of composer and producer Phil O'Donnell, who invited Booth to Nashville to sing on several songs he had written while also developing new material. Booth released a self-titled six-song EP later that year, including Hank Crankin' People, a fan favorite.
Booth joined Brooks & Dunn on their song Lost And Found on their Reboot (Brooks & Dunn album) album in 2019, and his touring commitments have increased, including stints with Dwight Yoakam and Brantley Gilbert on his 'Kick It In The Ship Cruise.' Booth's track Long Comes A Girl and Where the Livin' Is were released through Villa40/Sony Music Nashville later in 2019.
