Red Shahan is an American singer and songwriter. He is best known for covering a lot of ground within three years since his debut album entitled Men and Coyotes. Shahan began haunting the Lubbock club circuit, where he decided to pursue his career full time in the music industry instead of baseball, firefighting, and rodeo. He proved himself in a few years right after starting with this new career that boosted his confidence as a singer, songwriter, and versatile musician. Shahan is a true solo artist who holds his playing any of his songs solo acoustic.
A few years later, after stepping into the industry, Shahan moved to Fort Worth, where he began focusing on launching his solo career. Soon he released his debut album, Men and Coyotes, in the summer of 2015.
Red Shahan soon received the grassroots success that led him to a booking deal with the Beverley Hills-based Paradigm Talent Agency. On March 30, 2018, he released his sophomore album, Culberson County, on the record label Thirty Tigers. Shahan has also released several singles so far, such as “Idle Hands,” “How They Lie,” “Revolution,” “Roses,” “Waterbill,” “Someone Someday,” “Long Way to Fall,” “6 Feet”, “Never Turn Around,” “Memphis,” “303”, “Enemy,” and “Drag You Down.”
