He once presented sports news on Prime7 Newcastle and now works as the morning presenter on 88.9 FM Tamworth. In addition, he is the host of the American Country Music Countdown. Ray McCoy is one of three children that were born to Doreen and Killer McCoy at the same time.
Although he currently lives in Tamworth, New South Wales, he was born in Muswellbrook and spent his childhood there before relocating to Penrith and then Gunnedah.
