O.T. Genasis (June 18, 1987) is an American actor, rapper, and singer. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born and raised in the US and is of Garifuna descent. He was raised in Long Beach, California. Rappers Cutty Ranks, Buju Banton, T.I., Ludacris, Tupac Shakur, Shabba Ranks, and 50 Cent are cited as influences by Genasis. The record label G-Unit Records signed him in 2011. He debuted with a G-Unit-affiliated mixtape in 2012, which he titled nothing.
A while later, he joined the ranks of the artists on Busta Rhymes' Conglomerate Records label. The singles "Touchdown (Remix)" (featuring Busta Rhymes and French Montana) and "CoCo" (featuring only Coco) have been released since he signed with the Conglomerate Records label. The latter reached number 20 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, proving to be a commercial triumph. Beyoncé sang "Everybody Mad" by him at Coachella 2018 and on her and Jay-On Z's the Run II Tour.
During the 2022 "Doin' Laps" iPhone 13 commercial, "I Look Good" played a starring role. On March 25, 2010, Flores became a father to a son named Genasis Flores. While speaking at The Shade Room in 2016, O.T. revealed his son has autism. Malika Haqq, an actress and T.V. star, gave birth to their son Ace Flores on March 14, 2020.
