Kashmir - The Band is an alternative rock band that originated from Karachi, Pakistan. Kashmir-The Band is known as the winning band of Pepsi Battle of the Bands Season 2, which took place in 2017. The band was formed in 2012, and its music is defined as an alternative rock and indie rock. Kashmir-The Band played for a variety of shows all across the country before the PBOB. The current lineup of the group is composed of Bilal Ali (vocalist), Vais Khan (lead guitarist), Usman Siddiqui, Shane J.Anthony, Zair Zaki, and Ali Raza (keyboard).
Kashmir - The Band released "Pareshaaniyan" and "Khwab" on May 10 and 11, 2018, respectively. The songs were released on their YouTube and SoundCloud channel and were part of their upcoming album. The songs came out just after they won the Pepsi Battle of the Band. The group is famous for earning Rs. 5 million, a music album contract, concerts across Pakistan along with lifetime royalties on their music from the Battle of the Bands competition.
