Jazz in the Gardens Information
Jazz in the Gardens has held its annual March festival at Hard Rock Stadium (formerly Sun Life Stadium) in Miami Gardens since 2006. At this event, some of the most well-known jazz, soul, and R&B musicians will be performing themselves. At the festival, local, national, and international artists from all over the world are showcased, and their work is promoted.
Jazz in the Gardens attracted 1,800 people to the parking lot of Sun Life Stadium during its first year of operation this year. Nowadays, it brings tens of thousands of people passionate about music to Miami Gardens every year.
During the 2016 festival season, performers such as Kool & The Gang, Charlie Wilson, Michael McDonald, Usher, and Janelle Monae captivated the audience. Several artists, including Robin Thicke, Herbie Hancock, Andra Day, Common, and LL Cool J with DJ Z-Trip, were among those who performed in 2017.
Smokey Robinson, Chaka Khan, Fantasia, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Anita Baker were the performers who did their thing in 2018. Artists such as Brandy, Lionel Richie, Blackstreet, and The O'Jays were featured in 2019. The Roots with Bilal, Jill Scott, HER, and Kirk Franklin were among the artists that put on featured performances throughout the lineup for the year 2020.
