Cane Hill Information
Cane Hill is a heavy metal band. The group's current lineup consists of Devin Clark, Ryan Henriques, Elijah James Barnett, and Elijah Witt. The band contracted with Rise Records in 2015, the same year their self-titled EP, Cane Hill, was released. Smile, the band's first studio album, was published in 2016. Their second studio record, Too Far Gone, was released on Rise Records on January 19, 2018. Too Far Gone, It Follows, Lord of the Flies, and 10 Years were all top-charting songs from the album, which received universal acclaim. After breaking up with Rise Records, the band went solo at the end of 2019.
Two full-length albums, Smile (2016) and Too Far Gone (2018), and three extended plays, Cane Hill (2014), Kill the Sun (2019), and Krewe de la Mort Vol. 1 (2021), have been published by the band. After releasing "Power of the High" and "Kill Me" in late 2020, Cane Hill is already working on content for two more Krewe de la Mort volumes.
During a Youtube livestream in February 2021, the band released "God Is the Enemy," the final song from Volume 1. The music video for "Blood & Honey," the first song from Volume 2, was released on April 30. According to frontman Patrick Witt, Cane Hill's 2019 EP Kill the Sun was heavily influenced by Alice in Chains, specifically their 1994 EP Jar of Flies.
