Aaron Bruno formed Awolnation in 2009. The band was widely known for combining rock, electronic, and pop styles in a genre-bending sound, leading them to mainstream popularity with 2011's platinum hit, "Sail," which skyrocketed the band worldwide. The band has a pretty catchy energy, with Bruno's easygoing vocal style and melodic hooks.
With 2023 in tow, Awolnation kept things musically evolving by releasing new music and playing live shows entertaining the band's committed fan base. On their latest effort, My Echo, My Shadow, My Covers and Me (2022), the band showed a witty knack for reimagining classic songs in their own way.
