Normal farm goat Vincent Van Goat has been given extraordinary abilities by the E.R.A. After being saved from E.R.A. facilities, she became a pet of Quantum and Woody's heroic pair. Due to a scientific mistake, her brain housed Derek Henderson's consciousness for a while. Now that his mind has been removed from her body, she is back to being a "regular" goat.
The strange creature, who Woody has affectionately dubbed "Vincent Van Goat," has been a part of their family for generations, dating back to when their father was a lowly lab assistant to the blustering Dr. Platzhalter. Platzhalter's research aimed to create a device that could save and restore an individual's mental state and behavioral patterns, which may be used to treat dementia or advance artificial intelligence.
Unaware of the full story, the E.R.A. took the Goat into their care and spent the next few years subjecting it to immoral scientific enhancements. Eventually, the Goat's entire physiology shifted due to these tests.
