Twiztid Information
Twiztid is an American hip hop duo that was founded in 1997 by Jamie Spaniolo and Paul Methric. The duo originated from Detroit, Michigan. The two of the members perform under the respective personas of Jamie Madrox and Monoxide. The music of Twiztid is defined as hip-hop, rap-rock, and horrorcore. Twiztid's 1998 debut album was entitled Mostasteless and was initially released independently by Psychopathic. The second studio album by the duo was Freek Show, which was released on October 31, 2000, which peaked at number 51 on the Billboard 200.
Cryptic Collection was the first compilation album by Twiztid that was released on November 13, 2000. It was followed by their 2nd compilation album and fourth overall album Cryptic Collection Vol. 2, released on October 22, 2001. Mirror Mirror was the first extended play and 5th overall by the duo. It was released on April 8, 2002, and peaked at number 5 on the Top Independent Albums chart, and 103 on Billboard 200.
