The Verigolds Information
The Verigolds are an independent band from San Diego that blends psychedelic, folk, and pop music. They performed at the 2016 KAABOO and 2018 Lightning in a Bottle music festivals. Their music has been published in The Huffington Post and National Geographic publications. Their album "For Margaret" was named Best Indie Album at the 2017 San Diego Music Awards. Ed Stasium recorded and produced the single "Walk on Water" by The Verigolds, released in 2017.
The Verigolds began their career by teaming with Celeste Byers, an Ocean Beach artist whose vivid, psychedelic, and dreamy art was a natural match. The band's music ranges from folk woods exploration to psychedelic dance groove and is fronted by Jennifer "Juniper" Cotton.
Their 2015 single "Crossfire" video was shot at La Jolla's Black's Beach. In March 2016, they released their album For Margaret. In June 2017, "Walk on Water" was released on an album recorded with Ed Stasium.
