Diana Ladio and Alison Lynn have earned Bachelor of Music degrees in music performance or music education, respectively, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to push the boundaries of their instruments and contribute to the ensemble's stellar reputation.
Alison plays an electric cello, and Diana plays a modern 5-string violin. They both employ an array of pedals to alter the sound. The Moxie Strings' unique sound is a fusion of classical, pop, and rock influences, with the majority of their music being original compositions and arrangements of songs from around the world.
