The Joshua Tree is a four-piece Boston based Irish band that pays tribute to the band from the 1990s called “U2”. The band aims to recreate their favorite sounds from the legendary band. The Joshua Tree has managed so far to replicate the sound of Edge by using the same instrument that Edge used during its time. According to the research and other stuff, no one other than this group is using this set up to pay the most amazing tribute.
Bono, who is known as Derek Power, has played many acts, including tribute and original, both types of bands. With the U2 tribute band, Bono has toured Germany and Japan. He has performed solo in Ireland, Brazil, and Spain. It shows that Bono has gained a lot of experience in playing music.
Mick Kearns, who is known as The Edge, has been playing the guitar almost as long as The Edge of the original U2 band. He has also invested a lot of his efforts in creating the unique sound of The Edge to play his part in the tribute band.
Brian Vaughan is another member of The Joshua Tree who is playing as Adam Clayton from U2 band. He plays bass as well as cover and original bands that are based in Dublin. Brian has played all over Germany.
