Stephen Pearcy Information
Stephen Eric Pearcy (July 3, 1956) is an American musician who is the founder, frontman, and composer of the heavy metal band Ratt. He also started the bands Vertex, Firedome, Crystal Pystal, Arcade, and Vicious Delite. He has also put seven solo albums under recording. He founded the bands Crystal Pystal and Firedome. Pearcy also penned songs for Mickey Ratt, a band he formed.
Following a few gigs in late 2018, a new Ratt lineup, including Jordan Ziff (lead guitars) and drummer Pete Holmes (from Black and Blue), started a worldwide tour in May 2019. In a television advertisement aired in April 2020, Pearcy appeared with Ratt. In the commercial, new homeowners regret that they "have a Ratt problem."
Pearcy has made four solo albums under his own indie label, Top Fuel Records. Released on Frontiers Music/Top Fuel Records in November 2018, "View to a Thrill" is the latest; Pearcy and guitarist Erik Ferentinos wrote the songs on the album.
