Russell Taylor is an American singer and songwriter. In 2013, he was highlighted on VH1's "You Oughta Know" series as part of the network's coverage. After that, he achieved success and became the "You Oughta Know" artist for December. Under Russell's previous stage name, he released Fool for Love in 2000. The Basement Boys produced the song, while Olav Basoski was responsible for the remix.
Fool for Love reached number 52 on the UK singles chart. The track was included in a collection of sound put out by the Ministry of Sound. In addition, he contributed vocals to the songs "Last Dance" and "Holiday," both of which were recorded by the Basement Boys and published by Basement Boys Records later that year (2000). Two of his tracks, including "All Said & Done" and "2b Loved," were included on the soundtrack for the movie "Dirty Laundry," which was released in 2007.
