Pat McGee Band Information
The Pat McGee Band is an American rock band. The group’s current lineup consists of Patrick “Trick” McAloon, Jonathan Bryan Williams, Chris “Crix” Reardon, Pat McGee, Chardy McEwan, and Brian Fechino. Pat McGee, the band’s leader, attended Longwood College in Farmville, Virginia. In 1999, the Pat McGee Band joined Warner Bros. Records subsidiary Giant Records, following his solo CD From the Wood in 1995. The band’s major-label debut, Shine, was released in 2000 and featured the national singles “Runaway” and “Rebecca.”
Save Me, the band’s second Warner album, was released in 2004 after a two-year wait. That year, the band was released from the label and signed to Kirtland Records. Kirtland is currently distributing an improved Save Me with the radio track “Must Have Been Love.” Al Walsh, the band’s former guitarist, and vocalist left in a friendly split in 2001. Jonathan Bryan Williams, the band’s keyboardist and vocalist quit in 2003 but returned in late 2005.
The band has severed relations with Kirtland Records and is once again recording independently as of June 2007. Matt “Chew” Calvarese has been filling in as the band’s new drummer since 2008.
