Ouija Macc is a Las Vegas rapper who found a home with the Juggalo family in the late 2010s. Macc has stated that in his childhood, he experienced struggles that relate to his mental health issues. Drugs and street violence surrounded Macc. He moved to New York City, where he hooked up with Choirboy to form Swag Toof. The duo debuted with Dreamkillers in 2013. It was followed by an additional four efforts, which included Dead York, released in 2017. His music has since been defined as Horror Rap.
That same year, Macc signed with Psychopathic Records, and successfully joined ICP's extended family. Macc was absorbed into the Loony Goons in 2018, which was a Psychopathic family affair. It also included Big Hoodoo, ICP, and Lyte. Later, Macc formed the duo Lil Rydas with ICP. His debut for the label, entitled Gutterwater, was released in May 2018. It featured appearances by Lyte ("Future Wicced") and ICP ("Diamonds"). Later that year, he went solo with his debut solo album entitled Gutterwater. He delivered the eerie trap inspired by Three 6 Mafia.
