Jamie Webster (1994) is an English folk singer, guitarist, and songwriter. He was born in Liverpool, England, and started performing cover songs in Liverpool watering holes. His debut album on Modern Sky UK, We Get By, peaked at six on the UK Albums Chart. He became the first artist to top the newly created UK Official Folk Album Charts, where he bested luminaries such as Laura Marling, Kate Rusby, and the Levellers. Similarly, Webster's live album Boss from October 2020, which featured him performing football-themed songs, reached the top 10 on the folk album chart.
Webster has been called "the quasi-official musician of the football club" by The Guardian, and his performances have come to symbolize Liverpool F.C. and its fan culture. In 2019, Webster started performing as the headliner for fan-affiliated events at the UEFA Champions League final box parks in Kiev and Madrid, in front of 60 thousand people. The song "Allez Allez Allez," a cover of the Italo disco classic "L'estate sta finendo" by Righeira, became the team's anthem after their European triumphs under Jürgen Klopp in 2018 when a video of him playing it went viral.
Webster confirmed on May 3, 2022, that he would perform at Glastonbury Festival 2022 on the Left Field stage.
