Isaiah Rashad Information
Isaiah Rashad Joel McClain (May 16, 1991) is an American rapper born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 2012, he became famous after performing on the Smoker's Club Tour with other rappers, including Joey Badass, Smoke DZA, and Juicy J. He was one of the original members of the hip-hop group The House from Chattanooga, Tennessee, which also included YGTUT, MikeyD, Chris P, and Brian Brown.
Originally from Carson, California, McClain inked a recording deal with Top Dawg Entertainment in March 2013. Released to tremendous praise in January 2014, his debut extended play (EP), Cilvia Demo, was his first entry on the Billboard 200 albums list and his first release overall.
Because of this, McClain was already supposed to be on the cover of XXL Freshman in 2014. His first studio album, 2016's The Sun's Tirade, debuted to widespread praise and financial success upon its release in September. It reached number 17 on the Billboard 200.
His first big label production with Warner Records, the long-delayed The House Is Burning, was released by McClain in July 2021, preceding a slew of public conflicts.
Rashad released the second single from the album, "Headshots (4r da Locals)," on June 17, 2021. Jack Begert and Mez Heirs directed the music video, which was released six days after the song. Through his social media accounts, Rashad unveiled the album's cover art and announced its release date of July 30, 2021.
