Grizfolk Information
Grizfolk is a Swedish-American alternative rock band. The current lineup consists of Bill Delia (drums), Fredrik Eriksson (guitar), Sebastian Fritze (synthesizer and backing vocals), and Adam Roth (lead vocals). The band is based in Los Angeles, with its roots in Sweden. During their early career, Grizfolk played an in-studio performance for Morning Becomes Eclectic by KCRW in October 2013. In the fall of 2013, Grizfolk signed a record deal with Virgin Records.
In February 2014, Grizfolk released its debut EP entitled, From the Spark. The EP included the single “The Struggle.” Their first modern rock single was “Hymnals.” The band has made several media appearances, such as performing on many radio shows and performing live on Late Show with David Letterman, Conan O’Brien. In January 2016, Grizfolk released its debut studio album entitled, Waking Up the Giants. Other EPs and albums released by the band include Rarest of Birds (July 2019), Indian Summer Sampler (EP) (July 2013), From the Spark (2014), Re-Issue (August 2014), and From the Road (December 2014).
Notable singles released by Grizfolk are “Way Back When,” “Troublemaker,” “Endless Summer,” “Shaky in the Knees,” “Spoonful,” “Heavy Crown,” “Mercy,” “Money,” and “Queen of the Dessert.”
