Flasher Information
Flasher is an American indie rock band. The current lineup consists of Taylor Mulitz and Emma Baker. 2016 Emma Baker and Daniel Saperstein formed Flasher after releasing music as Sad Bones on Bandcamp as teenagers. Taylor Mulitz first saw the band in 2007 at a concert. After working together, Mulitz and Baker eventually created Young Trynas and dropped an EP in 2015. Saperstein took over bass duties after the departure of original member Eva Moolchan.
Flasher, an EP by the group, was released on Sister Polygon Records on April 8, 2016. Flasher's first full-length album, Constant Image, was published through Domino Recording Company on June 8, 2018. The album received "generally favorable" reviews upon its initial release, according to Metacritic. The band announced the June 17, 2022, release of their second album, Love Is Yours, on March 15, 2022. They also mentioned that former band member and vocalist/bassist Daniel Saperstein had left.
