Eric Culberson Information
Eric Culberson, the band's leader, has played music almost his whole life. He was drawn to his father's acoustic guitar when he was six years old because he came from a musical family. Before he had even finished first grade, he had discovered a love for public performance at a holiday party; he delighted his classmates with a performance of the Christmas Carol "Silent Night." He hasn't looked back since then.
Magazines like Living Blues, Real Blues Magazine, and Blues Revue evaluated Culberson's music. Blues is my Religion, his debut album, peaked at No. 24 on the American Billboard blues list (Kingsnake Records, 1995). The albums Live at the Bamboo Room (Independent Release, 2005), No Rules to the Game (Kingsnake Records, 1998), and In The Outside (Independent Release, 2010), which was produced by Kevin Rose of Elevated Basement Studios and mastered by Terry Manning, are also available.
He and a couple of friends started a band after dedicating years to their craft. They swiftly acquired enough nightly performances at neighborhood taverns to enable the budding frontman to quit his day job. Bob Greenlee, the head of Kingsnake Records, noticed Culberson's ambition and untapped talent by 1993, and he signed Culberson as a solo artist.
